my HGH results after 14 weeks...not good...should i continue?

What was your dosage of GH?

To check if it is real, bump up the dosage to 9 IU/day in 3x3 IU shots. If it is real you experience stiff hands and fingers and lots of water retention in hands and feet.

the depot is the 22.5mg kit. it works out to be about 2.5 IU ed, but from what ironmaster and others have said its a lot more potent than normal GH. so a 2.5 IU ed of depot is closer to 4 IU of something else. since its the depot, i cant increase the dose. the 22.5mg kit is the largest size they make.

People, we all know that Hgh used by itself will yield in very little visual results. That has been documented time and time again. 14 weeks of just Hgh is not enough time. Medical studies look at Hgh deficient patients as long as 48-96 weeks out. 14 weeks is nothing. The best results seen from any real Hgh is with gear. Myself has taken Hgh by itself for life extension reasons and by far see and feel a difference when gear is mixed into the picture. You also should conceder using 25mcg of T3. We also know Hgh lowers your natural T3 levels in the body. Plus you were not lifting for 8 weeks, just cardio and you lost 10lbs? sounds like what ever your doing is working to loose weight.

Hgh by itself will not magically make you look like Jay Cutler overnight. I think your expectations of what Hgh can do by itself can do for you was way to high. Cut your carb intake to <100g p/d. Your body make adjustments as you diet down. Plus your body burns stored fat first for energy then muscle. The only real way to tell if you lost body fat if you take a BIA test. Calaper testing is a JOKE! If your consuming 200g of protein p/d, I am also assuming your about 200 lbs or so. If less, your protein intake may be in question. Excess protein will covert to fat if not utilized.

If your planning to do a cycle in January, I am sure you will see the difference with any Hgh usage.

Exactly. I've read study after study that HGH alone will produce very poor results. That fact that you're not using AAS along with it, or even weight training you should expect nothing noticable from it.

i was hoping the HGH would help me recover faster so i continued it.
