my gyno story

Hey ive had natural gyno since i was very young cant remeber how old, i was always a chunky kid but never huge, im 25 now when i was 17 i balloned up too 17st and my gyno was very noticable, now i lost the weight and im down to 12st but ive still got the man boobs. Theres quite alot of fat on my chest aswell not just lumps actual tits. my diet has been amazin for the last 5 years and ive done alot of good cardio but still no sucess. Im gonna go to the doctors but i just thought id post here first to see if you guys had any ideas. im 6ft2 and 12st which is borderline underweight.
 
It may just be fat that is hard to lose. You probably just store fat on your chest first so it will be the last thing you lose...

You could try getting you BF% down real low and see how it looks.
If its still a problem see a surgeon.
 
Using Forma-Stanzol as a standalone product for 8 weeks, and working out/cardio as normal, I was able to lose 60% or better of my "man boobs" I've had since I was a teen. You could try this, as it may also be an estrogen issue as well, and not just a fat loss issue.
 
yeah i had a buddy that has real noticable pockets of fat on the side of his pecs...what i had him do for the past year is to do partial sets on the chest fly machine (do the first 6-8" of the motion for sets of 20, 50, even 100. he has lost the fat on his chest and is competing in his first bodybuilding show next week! hope this helps truther445

6-8" for sets of 20, 50, and even 100..... can you elaborate on tthis exercise. Also how often did you have him doing it? Was of the fat around the nipple area??

Yeah you use partial reps...so you divide the entire chest fly motion into three seperate parts the beginning(outter chest), middle, and end/top (peak contraction). with your arms fully extended and having a stretched chest pull the machine arms about 8" on both sides together. so you are just doing the first 30% of the motion. when you do that you focus on the outter chest...do 20, 50, or 100 reps. when you do the very top of the motion--the end 30% you work your inner chest a bit more with the contractions. let me know if this helps! truther445
 
At 6ft 2" 12 stone is (in my opinion) evidence that you have not got excess body fat and continual dieting may cause as many problems as it resolves as I'm 6 6 and 19.5 stone and not fat by any means (could do by losing a few pounds suppose lol) but I personally would go with what you suggested in your post and seek advice from your doctor my nephew had corrective surgery a few years back ( natural formation) and was pleased with the results.. Good luck
