my gyno doesn't hurt, need help!

I have a mild case of gyno but no pain. I have a gland that is slightly swollen and a small round ball behind the nipple. What exactly is supposed to hurt, the little pea size ball, is the gland supposed to be sensitive? Going back to doc and want to act like I am in pain.

I don't think that is GYNO. There is a gland behind the nipple, it isn't supposed to hurt.

I have a mild case, there is no doubt. On last cycle my nip got puffy as hell and pec was cone shaped, looked like shit. Now I took nolva and arimidex and got it down considerably, however it didnt go away completely. The gland is just above the nip and the little ball is directly behind it. There is no such ball on the right side. I dont know what its supposed to feel like or where it supposed to hurt but I know I have it, because when my nip isnt hard I look like shit. Got a bunch of fat around it too when it all happened. BTW, I can also feel a little tiny knot under the nip and no such ball on right side.
