ckd is imo a fantastic diet if you are very strict with it and honest with yourself, first time I tried it I had great results using 'MrX's' template for it, at first it is great eating bacon, eggs, cheese, fatty steak, fatty pork etc. but after a while it gets tired and you are back to eating for function rather than enjoyment
it definately does it's job of being muscle sparing whilst reducing bodyfat and my lifts were still going up throughout
I felt good on it too, no lethary or sickness (although the first week can be hard)
