I guess I'm just a bit frustrated as to how I can outweigh Corn (same height) by 5 lbs yet his thighs and arms both have about 2 inches on me.

im more curious as to how you have almost identical stats (6'2, 228, 10%) to arnie circa his olympia win 1975

That hasn't passed my notice either. However, I don't think his bodyfat was as high as 10%.

me: 228 lbs @ 10% bf is 22.8 lbs of fat. 205.2 lean lbs
Arnie: 228 lbs @ 4% (a guess) is 9.12 lbs of fat. 218.88 lean lbs.


Maybe someone really is shoving lead fishing weights up my ass. Either that or my bones are made of steel (I never have broken a bone).

cas - Every time I gain weight, I realize that the weight I'll finally be happy with gets higher and higher. I too will one day have 20" guns and be 280 lbs.
