My First Stick, by Wayneboard1

Congrats on all your successes thus far. Also, thank you for chronicling your journey for all of us to read. I just read your entire post and feel almost like it has been me going through this! (then I look at my arms and realize, no not me sadly)

I am months and months away from any starting point....but hope to be where you are someday!

Couple questions: #1 are your "boys" back to normal size, or still shrunk? #2 what are your co-workers saying about you NOW? And how do you respond?

Hey man thanks for your reply and compliments. I am mid cycle so my boys are getting small. I am going to start my mid cycle HCG sticks at the end of next week so that will help. My coworkers have said a few things about my shoulders getting bigger, back looking wider, but not so much in that area. Since my cycle is a "slow burner" of sorts I don't expect them to notice much size wise since they see me every day. However, I do work out with a few of the guys from work from time to time and they are having a hard time keeping up. I am feeling very solid now and they have said I am getting stronger at a good pace. They are not religious in their workouts as I am so to them it appears to be a good hard work ethic and protein, diet, intensity, etc. All of those do play a very important role in all this but the gear does give me that "boost" in the gym and with recovery. I like having them around not only for a good spot, but for an ego boost as well. LOL I just tell them you have to lift hard and not skip workouts, take so much protein and rest and then I rave about the good rest I am getting, etc, etc. They buy it.

well, had some friends in town so I took 3 days off from the gym and hit it again yesterday and felt even better! I guess I just needed a rest and my chest workout really showed it. I was up another 10 lbs in lifting and felt very solid and got some good slow reps to show for it. I am at 230 in weight so up from 216 so not bad at the start of week 8. I start my HCG tomorrow so that will be nice and yet suck because of the extra sticks I have to do. Today is back and bi day and I am feeling good. Got some great rest last night and I am expecting another solid workout this afternoon. I have noticed a few more zits popping up and man they are HUGE and all around my nose for some reason. No hairloss or bloating to speak of but I did have an unusual anxiety related reaction this last week that had to be gear related. I am NEVER the type to freak out, never have any issues with nervousness or anxiety or panic attacks. I have heard some people say EQ gives the anxiety issues and until a few days ago had nothing like that happen to me. Well, I had a few minor things happen at work and I just about lost it. It messed with my sleep and eating and really had my head just freaking out and I was really freaking out. Then, after about 2 days of this, it was gone. I can only assume it was the EQ because of nothing even close to this in my life ever happening before but of course I don't know for sure. The EQ is really kicking in now and with full force. I always get a good pump but my bicepts are the ones that really show it the most. I love that swole look in my arms but who doesn't? I am still doing research on how to workout when my cycle is done. I know all about the proper PCT and have the HCG and Nolva on hand for that very thing, but it's the timing that I am still trying to research. I plan on blasting away as usual for my entire PCT but still wonder how long I wait before begining the task of stripping off the BF I have gained? Any feedback on how you do this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks! Maybe someday I will win it and I will tell the world that the killer clown told me to say this. :p

well, it's been a little over a week since my last post on this thread so I figured why not? :D I am up to 232.5 and while there is some bloat the fat seems to be staying the same. I am starting to get a few more comments about how solid I am looking, and man my lifting is going through the ROOF. I am really staying at a very good pace, concentrating on always keeping correct form and lifting smooth and solid not jerky. I love how I am so much further than some fellow lifters and friends, and have even started a 6 month "contest" of sorts with 2 of my best friends. They of course have no idea I am on any gear and they don't know anything about it, so that will be my little secret. LOL It is so frigin hot here that I am one giant sweat gland and I guess it may be the EQ, but I think I would sweat this much regardless. I started my HCG sticks last week with no problem. Doing sub Q sticks on those and they are quite painless. I was expecting to feel my "boys" stir to life after a few HCG shots but maybe you aren't supposed to feel anything but notice more size return???? This is my first go round with HCG so I don't know what to expect. Any feedback on that is appreciated. I have about 5 weeks left on my cycle and I hope to hit 241 lbs, but so far I am up 16.5 lbs and feeling great! If I can hit 241 at least then that will be a gain of 25 lbs and hopefully I can keep at least 18 of that. My PCT will be HCG and Liquinolva, standard jenetic protcols. OK off to eat. ;)
