You put down two footlongs?? Sbway rocks postworkout....I swear I gained a ton of lean mass in college knowing jack shit about nutrition and slamming subway after every workout.....just been too scared and anal to do it know, lol.......

I will when I'm on.....fuck, verything is fair game then!

My bad there that was a typo, I only had 1 footlong and a protein shake and a V8. :) Oh yeah and 32 oz of water. I spread that over 2 hours but I am still full!!! lol
 
OK...well feeling good today. I have had some good workouts since I scaled back my cardio and I really feel that was sapping alot of my energy. Yesterday was my midweek rest day and while I did work around the house, I feel good today and am eating eating eating. Today is shoulder day with some calves thrown in there but man it is HOT today. I am feeling pretty thick overall and the EQ is kicking in there is no doubt. My pumps are starting to get really good and stay with me for alittle while each evening. I was looking at the progress the other day by using a mirror to look into another mirror and see my back. I am seeing some good additional thickness and I think madcows help in nailing down my form and execution of the deadlift is kicking it up another notch. I am really liking my gym performances as of late. Lots of good solid oldschool iron lifting, and I am getting some looks when doing bent over rows or deads especially. It helps with my ego thats for sure. :D Little or no pain on my glute sticks so far, my 4th one is coming up later this week. I will be starting my HCG use at the start of week 8 to keep the boys kicking somewhat and help with PCT. I have heard a lot fo guys say they really get some bad acne when they use HCG which is not something I want to hear. I am doing a decent job of keeping the zits at bay but my skin is about 25% worse than normal. Oh well, I can live with that no big deal. I am still doing a lot of reading to make sure I don't make the typical rookie mistakes after my cycle is over regarding lifting routine, eating, etc. My PCT will be HCG and Nolva, no clomid and I have already decided after ample rest time and recovery, my next cycle will be some TBOL. I swear buce410 makes me want to try it NOW. lol But I will want to do a good cutter later this year so I will wait until that is ready to go. Libido is rock solid (no pun intended) and the little women isn't complaining so niether am I. OK, thats that, off to workout.

I reread my first few posts and you are right, it is kinda funny. WHat was I all worried about? Little did I know what wonders awaited me!!! LOL
 
Well, long time no post so I figured much to some of yours dismay, another log in the saga of Wayneboards first cycle. :D

I have been at it as usual and up to 227 as of yesterday. I have not done any cardio in about 1.5 weeks except for a 5-10 minute walk on the treadmill to help warm up before my workouts. I think I will add some cardio back into things and see how I react workout wise as I add it back in. I was pretty happy to see that weight as I started at 216 and I am 6 weeks in so up 11 lbs. No really noticable water weight but noticeable doesn't mean it isn't there, the glute sticks are smooth as can be, so I am cruising right along. Nothing earth shattering to report and while I am still pumped about working out and what not, the newness has worn off and I am in a "rythem" so to speak. I workouts are very solid, weight is kicking up, and a little bout with some tendonitis has all but gone. I think I have learned how my body will respond to extra weight and how to keep the intensity and avoid overtraining as well. I have been getting some GREAT sleep over the last 2 weeks. At least 8-9 hours a night and a few random naps as well. I love the sleep I am getting as well as it is very sound and I feel quite rested when I wake up. This is helping my workouts as well, as it almost feels like I have taken a day or so off and feel fresh each and every workout. I am trying to keep in mind that I don't need to spend 2 hours in the gym just make the 45-60 minutes I am there really count. Workout hard and leave. I have learned that bit advice is wuite true from reading dial tones, needsize, etc posts. I am amazed at how much I continue to learn just by reading and searching. (newbies please read that last sentence outloud to yourself:) OK, today is chest and tri day and I am looking forward to it. I slept 10 hours last night and feel GREAT.

Did you ever try Krishna Liver Cleanse? I did it on Sat.& Sun. I feel like a champ. You should try it after your cycle!!! :Chef: :tuc:

I actually have bookmarked that page/link he has in his thread to do it about 2-3 weeks after my PCT.

Dude, I had great results. It's really fuggin' weird when I woke up that morning and started to shit emerald stone. My best advice when you do it is to get the softest TP you can find. :Chef: :tuc:
 
I have kind of loosely decided on my next cycle (after proper PCT and full recovery of course). After reading all about TBOL and how happy I already am on Test LE/EQ I think I will start off with 4 weeks of TBOL at 50 ED and do test at 500 and EQ at 600. How long I will run that test EQ I don't know. I think maybe the test for 10 to 12 and then run the EQ out until 14 or so. We'll see, I have plenty of time. So far I am responding very well to my current cycle with little or no sides so why not? :D

I love chemicals.
