How much (if any) cardio would you suggest I do based on the info you have about my cycle, body type, etc?

3 days per week in the morning. 2-3 more times per week after workouts other then legs!! The day after leg training do no cardio! :Chef: :tuc:

I'd go 30 minutes 3x times a week, but lose the jogging..........you want your HR around 65% max.........incline walk...........Some will say 20 min. of HIIT (sprints) is better........not sure on this debate.

You are right, I rest my legs for 48 hours after my leg workout which is why I do that on fridays usually and rest for the weekend cardio wise. How long would you suggest I run/walk for and at what intensity?

In the morning, 45 minutes at 65%. After lifting I'd say 75% for 25-35 minutes.
Do you have a heart monitor? :Chef: :tuc:

What kind of cardio do you prefer? And if you say step classes I shall take you off my "good bro" list.
lol :Chef: :tuc:

Jazzercise. That or Classic Rock Kick Boxing because as you all know, I am "Hot Blooded".

Ideally I like Eliptical but a treadmill or a bike or whatever.

Yeah, I prefer elliptical as well. It generally takes a while for my heart rate to get up to 65% in the morning that is why I do 45 minutes. Good fuggin' sweats.

I like those row machines the best but the gym I go to doesn't have one.
I'm currently putting together a harness in which I can fastened down to my fathers diving board allowing me to "staionary swim". This is my afternoon project. :Chef: :tuc:
