Well , it's not much to brag about I know but It's the first step.After going offseason for a year and basically having a Powerlifter's approach I was 226 at 13% bodyfat. All I have to say is I will never get that fat again, since it took me 23 weeks (with help,hehe) to get me for contest rip.In this pic I came in at 192 at 3.4%. I still fell I could've come in with a lot more shred so I'm gonna stay on my diet and hit another show in late October.Bring on the Winnie!
