unfortunately it will fall on deaf ears. omega believes in pumps, burns and laser-like focus.
Run enough gear and pumping away will produce great results.

Even if results between them were a wash (which they aren't), the safety advantage is heavily in favor of free weights. Both the Smith and the leg press put the joints in compromising positions.

Free squats allow for the body to utilize its natural posture throughout the movement. When the lfter needs to go forward to allow for proper postioning, there is no restriciton upon the movemnet. The Smith puts the knees in a perilous position by forcing the bod to conform to its fixed path, while putting all the forces of transition from flexion to extension on the knees. The the leg press does the same and adds shearing forces to the spine when performed to full ROM.

In terms of stimulation, free weights force the body to control the weight in various planes of motion which cannot be duplicated with the resistance fixed to a track.

well then post up some pics to show us, that pumps, focus and supps provide better training stimuli than a program based around compound movements, progression, frequency and a caloric surplus.

You dont even get the irony in this. This is about credibility. Why should people buy your product when your training knowledge and experience are stuck at the very bottom rung of the pyramid? "supplements are not a supplement for solid training."

are recommendations on what i should use in place of my shakes? i take 3 shakes a day so i am looking for 3 meals to use in there place that fit in the same cals, protein, carbs and fats of the shakes so i dont tweak my diet that much.

you can always put together your own menu. protein ,healthy fats, carbs and fiber. use the shake for post workout and eat real food an hour or so later. also use the shakes when you dont have time to eat. start reading labels and familiarize yourseld with the nutritional content of the various foods you enjoy.

Blend some milk, banana, ANPB, oats and whey together for a good shake. Pour into a bottle and take it to work/wherever with you (assuming they have a fridge to keep it until you want it).
