my back still hurts from wednesdays deadlifts. i am not sure if that slowed me down or the weight is getting tough for me now. i think i am done with the 20lbs jumps each week. i will stick with 10lbs from this week on. i also did leg presses today just for the fuck of it. i got 1000lbs for 3 reps.
