My first log (5x5) and background info if anyone cares

I'd like to see some more veggies in your diet. You're taking lots of calories in the form of supps, which isn't nesessarily a bad thing, but would be better if it was balanced with a mix of nutrient-rich natural foods. Some suggestions for easy things would be salad kits w/ chicken breast and oil-based dressings, and maybe berries in your shakes (theyre low-GI carbs that have tons of fiber and vitamins).
 
enigma4dub, looking ONLY at my food and protein shakes, is there anything you think i should change? i am done with my N-Large2 bottle and i am going to get isopure instead. finished the Nitro-Tech and i am just going to use ON whey in its place for my PWO shake. also i just had my last casein shake so i am not sure if i should get another bottle or get something else. cottage cheese and a bannana was my bedtime meal of choice before i got the shake.

based on what I see you should push your self BEYOND your limits for the next 4-6 months till you platue

4 squirts a day is ridiculous even if you were juicing. Did you try 1 or 2 sprays first?
 
You must spread some Karma around before giving it to OMEGA again.

lol... the squat thing was suppoused to be good-natured hope you took it that way omega.

as to the food question. i aqgree with guiness. you should look at the shakes as supplementing a well balanced diet. whole food is defintately the way to go. and fiber is always a plus. as for whey i think whey is whey. the cheaper the better. but if money aint a thing go with the isopure. good stuff there.

i started at 1 a day but prior to this i had the worst case of gyno since i was 17, (i used andro when it first came out for awhile). i had it checked by a dr awhile back and i was told i would probally need surgery to get rid of it. the sists were about the size of golf balls and very sore to the touch and i kinda was hoping using a lot of AIFM would help. they have gone down A LOT. maybe the size of a dime sized ball. i am now going to cut down on the dosage since my idea worked (dont try this at home boys and girls haha).

i really only need 1 shake a other than PWO which is my first shake of the day. i dont have time to eat food as the first meal of the day which is why i take the N-Large2 but soon ito be isopure. my afternoon shake used to be a chicken breast, veggies and peanuts which i rather go back to.

one more thing...and everyone try to leave this to a one comment answer if possible. what is the karma thing all about i never used it here yet? if, which i bet someone else did ask this, a link to that thread is more than enough of an answer for me.

I admit I do use a Smith machine for Sqauts:)
but ONLY after leg presses...

lol here come the flames......

The blunt truth is that the Smith machine is garbage. Free squats are the only way to go, and there is NO getting around that. Leg presses are an extremely lame substitute. They are not safer by any means and are not nearly as effective.

I will gladly defend these statements if need be.
