I'd like to see some more veggies in your diet. You're taking lots of calories in the form of supps, which isn't nesessarily a bad thing, but would be better if it was balanced with a mix of nutrient-rich natural foods. Some suggestions for easy things would be salad kits w/ chicken breast and oil-based dressings, and maybe berries in your shakes (theyre low-GI carbs that have tons of fiber and vitamins).
