My first log (5x5) and background info if anyone cares

1)when bulking make sure your diet is clean, and that you h20 intake is frequent and generous.

2) Isolates aminos and supps can cause a "laxative like" effect when injested infrequently, this dissipates with long term use, so you will adjust.

3) Space out your Amplify02 MASS stack usage.
take MCC 2-4 hours Pre lifting or in the AM
take Amplify02 Pre workout
take G-covery before Bed

4) G-covery seems to help many with Lean mass gain, just keep diet clean and modest in carbs and you will be a Power House..........:)
 
i am taking g-cover 3-4 times a day. wake up, mid day, post workout, bedtime. is that overkill? also now that i think about it, after i workout i drink Nitro-Tech Hardcore. i think that is the problem.

when exactly is the best time to take MCC? i am taking it 1.5 hours pre workout. should i go to 2+ hours?
 
MCC once a day.
I prefer 2-4 hours preworkout
G-covery is best all in one dose, and before bed is very easy. ( take only 2-3 servings)
 
basically G-covery is very powerful and does exactly what it says

so yes 3-4 times daily is overkill

do not underestimate the power of G-covery and MCC ( Darth Vader voice)
 
im gonna throw my .02 in here. man you are THROWING AWAY lots of money on supps. that money should be spent at the grocery store. you dont need that garbage to get big or strong. concentrate on progression and dont eat like a complete asshole and that fat wont get out of control.

understood. however its this constant perpetuation of a quick fix thats got weight training all f'd up. there are fundamental truths to this game. and they dont include pumps and laser like focus.

Understood about "paying your dues" then using supps and possibly "more"

However their is no denying the power of some new Supps, supps that happen to be available now.............

how about you log your training here. with some pictures and detailed accounts of what your taking, for say 10 weeks. training progressively. then 10 weeks without and compare the 2. keeping variables constant like caloric intake, excercises and rep range.

also dont you use the smith machine to squat in?
