had a bad ass wk out today. did back and chest. been gaining alot of my streangth back really fast . after 2 months off 175 on incline press was alittle stressful...lol now im back at 215. and this is the second week in.

back was great as well. gettin those great pumps everyone talks about. woohoo!

did shoulders and tris today shoulders was awsome tris kinda sucked but as long as im gettin one group hit hard im happy. i need to get on a good creatine as im not on one and i think id even be gaining alittle better . but havin a little one only allows so much.
anyways dinner was ok. the gf made it tonight. salmon, pasta,red potatoe,garlic bread, protien shake. im stuffed as hell right now. lol


as for the beast, im loving evry bit of it. i am noticing that im being alittle irritable and high strung but im the guy that hates everyone, and is mad at the world on a regular basis..lol . nothing alittle "check yourself" wont take care of. besides that , no acne, no achs or pains,....altho the only problem i get when i get big is my circulation goes to hell. my arms fall asleep when ever i take a nap or go to sleep. always tends to happen when i get bigger.

so wed was my day off, today i hit up legs and bis. was ok i was ina rush so legs didnt get there full attention. but over all was a really good wk out. im already at the point to needing a spotter wich sucks...im very picky at who spots me , and needless to say theres not alot to choose from at my gym.

we ordered out tonight for dinner ,so sorry no food pics. monday i will be postin more pics of the progress. its feeling like im growing every day. and im already getting those .....this guys on somthing look. lol....i love it!

oh yeah...so i wheighed myself today and ive gained just about 6.5 lbs in just under a week and a half.

and i want to make a correction . when i weighd myseft the first time the elec scale at the gym said 172.3 lbs and todays was 178.5lbs.

now i dont think this scale is acurate in weight by right pounds ,but im able to know that ive put on 6.2 lbs in under 2 wks.if that makes sense.

hey all..sorry i havnt been able to post and take some pics. ive got some family issues that im dealing with which has been really f'n with my work outs.


ive missed the gym alot in the last week or so. dealing with moving outa the house and trying to set up some sort of parenting plan with my little girls mom has been a rough ride.

anyways i havnt weighed myself but i have been getting alot of looks and comments. i have been having some killer work outs (when i have been to the gym) it really sucks cause id like to push myself harder but i just dont have anyone to spot me when i want to go heavy.

my incline bench was at a measly 175lbs when i came back from a two month layoff and im now back up to reping (10) at 225. i think i could get 275 atleast 6 times if i had a spoter. my best was 335 on deca about 4 years back.

anyways i want to say that if anyone is on the fence about taking needto's supps......TAKE THE PLUNGE!!! you wont be disapointed.

i have had no sides other than some minor agression(but nothing i cannot step back and check myself with).
 
Look good! Put this in your mind " I AM going to eat more, I AM going to lift more and stronger":evil::evil::evil:! Do it for the next 3 weeks,!! You can exceed your goals, you have it in you.
