my first beast starter stack journal.

hey all, my name is garry and this is gonna be my first beast starter stack journal. just recived my supps today in the mail and tomarrow is gonna be the start to my goal of finally hitting 200lbs. whoo hoo!
im starting from a 2 month lay off from the gym, but i normally bounce back fairly quickly.

some stats:


age: 28
height: 5'8
weight: 175lbs

hahahaha. i hope so. i have a pretty good platform ,and my pops was a body builder so i got some good genes to go with it.

wish i was at my normal weight to be statin off at (180-185 lbs) but my diet has gone to shit in the last 2 months and i havnt been eating alot so ive lost alot of my gains . here are a few pics of me on the ph i was taking. the are me about 8 months ago at 185lbs.

tonights dinner is gonna be pretty good.

im gonna make some salmon, with garlic,lemone juce,and lemon peper. some steamed carrots and brokoli, garlic bread, some pasta doused in extra virgin olive oil ,garlic salt, and feta cheese on top. along with some sauted zukini and squash. hmmmmm.

may even take some pics for ya guys.
 
All I can say is " get ready cause the Beastdrol is fixing to bring out the BEAST in you"!! With that body composition and form that you already have, I have to say that you are going to be freakin' solid to ,should I dare say shredded, with the right diet. IF you can get a hold of some BIGBLAST at proteinfactory.com, it would be to your advantage!! Watch your dose on the Beast, as I would probably dose at 30-40mg a day for the next 4-5 weeks and no more. By the middle of the second week on it, you WILL be able to see the Beastdrol work significantly!! You have to stay motivated for the next 6-8 weeks and that goes from your diet, your workouts have to be outrageous, and you have to rest. That means getting plenty of sleep.
NeedTO, I already see this dude getting the looks of the Incredible Hulk!!:evil:
 
so heres a pic of tonights dinner. dinners are usually like this every night , just either steak or chicken.
as for me being shreded im normally at about 6% bf. gotta go eat this grub now.

well whent to the gym, hit up back and chest. ended the wk out early due to me pushin alittle to hard and almost gettin sick. hehehe(i should know better,after a 2 month lay off)
but i am pumped to be back in the gym.

not sure what it is but all day i felt pretty shity....i felt like i had just done ex the night before and left with that all day hang over. not sure why i felt like i did but hope it goes away.
cookin dinner right now.

chicken, with pasta,vegies, potato salad, and garlic bread.

hit up arms and legs today. arms felt great legs are struglin. but im sure in a few weeks theyll be up to par.
some will say im crazy or fulla shit , but im already seeing some changes. tomarrow will be the end of my first week and ill take some more pics, im sure youll be able to see some changes. cant wait for next week!!!

That sounds DAMN GOOD! This looks to be an interesting log. Looking forward to reading more about your results.
 
ended up having to take friday and sat off due to work, but im gonna hit sunday up and take somemore snap shots . feeling great and pumps are awsome in the gym. so far no sides. im not drinking as much watter as i would like (just about 3 qts) but im not getting any akes or pains in my joinst, no head aches, no acne.

all is well. its been hard to just jump right back into eating a 6k diet, but im managing. protien intake is alittle low as well but im gonna add another shake into the mix along with an amino drink and that should help out.

overall im lovin how the beast is working.....its almost like im back on m1 test.

needto, im lovin this shit and cant wait to do your next up cycle after the beast starter stack. ive already been tellin others to get onto this site and check out what you have to offer. thanks guys for addin your comments .

Week two is a little better and then week 3 and 4 are the best of course. It just keeps getting better man. Ya tell your friends to come to elite too. Sign up for an account and join the party.

had a bad ass wk out today. did back and chest. been gaining alot of my streangth back really fast . after 2 months off 175 on incline press was alittle stressful...lol now im back at 215. and this is the second week in.

back was great as well. gettin those great pumps everyone talks about. woohoo!

did shoulders and tris today shoulders was awsome tris kinda sucked but as long as im gettin one group hit hard im happy. i need to get on a good creatine as im not on one and i think id even be gaining alittle better . but havin a little one only allows so much.
anyways dinner was ok. the gf made it tonight. salmon, pasta,red potatoe,garlic bread, protien shake. im stuffed as hell right now. lol


as for the beast, im loving evry bit of it. i am noticing that im being alittle irritable and high strung but im the guy that hates everyone, and is mad at the world on a regular basis..lol . nothing alittle "check yourself" wont take care of. besides that , no acne, no achs or pains,....altho the only problem i get when i get big is my circulation goes to hell. my arms fall asleep when ever i take a nap or go to sleep. always tends to happen when i get bigger.

so wed was my day off, today i hit up legs and bis. was ok i was ina rush so legs didnt get there full attention. but over all was a really good wk out. im already at the point to needing a spotter wich sucks...im very picky at who spots me , and needless to say theres not alot to choose from at my gym.

we ordered out tonight for dinner ,so sorry no food pics. monday i will be postin more pics of the progress. its feeling like im growing every day. and im already getting those .....this guys on somthing look. lol....i love it!

oh yeah...so i wheighed myself today and ive gained just about 6.5 lbs in just under a week and a half.

and i want to make a correction . when i weighd myseft the first time the elec scale at the gym said 172.3 lbs and todays was 178.5lbs.

now i dont think this scale is acurate in weight by right pounds ,but im able to know that ive put on 6.2 lbs in under 2 wks.if that makes sense.

hey all..sorry i havnt been able to post and take some pics. ive got some family issues that im dealing with which has been really f'n with my work outs.


ive missed the gym alot in the last week or so. dealing with moving outa the house and trying to set up some sort of parenting plan with my little girls mom has been a rough ride.

anyways i havnt weighed myself but i have been getting alot of looks and comments. i have been having some killer work outs (when i have been to the gym) it really sucks cause id like to push myself harder but i just dont have anyone to spot me when i want to go heavy.

my incline bench was at a measly 175lbs when i came back from a two month layoff and im now back up to reping (10) at 225. i think i could get 275 atleast 6 times if i had a spoter. my best was 335 on deca about 4 years back.

anyways i want to say that if anyone is on the fence about taking needto's supps......TAKE THE PLUNGE!!! you wont be disapointed.

i have had no sides other than some minor agression(but nothing i cannot step back and check myself with).
 
Look good! Put this in your mind " I AM going to eat more, I AM going to lift more and stronger":evil::evil::evil:! Do it for the next 3 weeks,!! You can exceed your goals, you have it in you.

hit up shoulders and bis today. bis was awsome felt like they were gonna explode they were so pumped. got 145 4x on strait bar curls today and that was after 2 prev excersizes with arms. shoulders was ok got a pretty decent pump going on but only did one heavy set instead of the 2-3 heavy sets i try to get in.

its been hot as fu@$!! 105*......for wa state thats a record high. and orig being from cali id say i love it, but been here for 10 yrs now and anything above 75* is too damn hot. lol.


so far the beast is the best product that i have come across in years. i love it! and cant wait to try the bigger stack.

alltho i know in not eating my goal of 6k cal's....... im making some awsome gains with what im taking in. withought a doubt if i didnt have all the bs going on in my life right now ...i know for a fact that i could surpass my goals with need2's products. thanks need2! and i cant wait to really get more serious on my next order.


only got about a week left and im lovin every min of it!!

Went to WA state last month and it was beautiful weather, 72-75 degree all day. Went to Ocean city on the coast for 3 days and it was a cool 55 degrees.

anyways gonna be headin out to the gym here in a bit. ...chest/tris.

and im gonna wheigh in and see what im at. im not expecting a whole lot as i have had alot of fam shit going on and havnt been hitting it as hard as i could.
 
ok guys so i have yet to be measured but i weighed in at 184.7 that roughly 13lbs i gained in 4 weeks . i didnt hit my goal of 200lbs but i am toataly happy . if i can gain 13 lbs and screw up the way i did i can only imagine what i would have gained if i stayed on track. ill be puting my 4th week pics up here soon.


so for anyone still on the fence. you gotta try need2's stack. if i gained 13lbs in 4 weeks and not eating right ,not taking in enough protien, and missing a shit ton of days at the gym...just think what you can gain if you stuck to a stict diet and hit the gym like a mofo. i have no doubt that if i didnt have all the shit going on right now i would have been able to hit my 200lb goal.

and need2...man i want to just say you rock and i cant wait to start the next cycle . i can already tell you that it will def put me into the 200's and at 5'8 and the structure i have alraedy ...i have no doubt ill be a real live hulk:evil: i cant wait brotha.
