My Experience with Sustain Alpha/Unleashed/Post Cycle for PCT

Its prescribed to men... but for the same purposes that its prescribed to females. Also it IS prescribed for PCT by many doctors supervising patient's steroid use (both legitimate and illegitimate) or helping patients that come in and tell them that they are on steroids... but if you read the MANUFACTURERS intended uses, and its FDA Approvals, recovery from AAS is mentioned NOWHERE for these drugs, despite the fact that they have been used for PCT for years. Its the same reason some doctors prescribe xanax for sleep, when it is an anxiety drug. It isnt in the drugs manufacturer profile or FDA Approved Use, but it is widely accepted to help, and since doctors are allowed some latitude on prescribing drugs intended for one thing to treat another they prescribe it. Also, since many of them have no education on steroid recovery, they are essentially, as a population, no more informed on the subject than most bodybuilders besides their more complete physiologic knowledge base. In fact, most know less than the more experienced athletes. It just isnt a topic widely explored by the medical community, and the fact that a doctor has an opinion means nothing (obviously not NOTHING, but not much - most dont have any experience with it). To my knowledge, there have been no 3rd party studies on Clomid or Nolva for PCT. It is just widely accepted solution, not tested or proven besides anecdotal evidence. No prescription product, to my knowledge, is intended or approved for recovery from AAS.

In the interest of fairness I will also mention that, to my knowledge, none of the OTC supps we are discussing are backed by 3rd party research on the product its self (as a compound, not the individual ingredients) nor, being supplements, do they have FDA approval for treating anything. In my opinion, however, the fact that they were designed with PCT in mind, and not a prescription strength drug being adapted to a use for which it was never intended, does count for something!

There are plenty of tests out there and bloodwork showing that clomid given to men with low T levels will increase test level exponentially.. I dont see how using clomid in PCT could possibly hurt your HPTA recovery in any way..

Not really. There are very few tests and the results are very sketchy. Most people didn't recover until after several months and once the clomid was stopped, T levels fell again. Meanwhile it causes mood swings, loss of libido, vision problems, increased estrogen, dizziness, hair loss and fatigue.

Nolvadex is worse.

Yes, nolva is worst, and carcinogenic...

I will use clomid with my PCT and get bloods 6 weeks after halting clomid..
