My dream physique arms,lats,chest problems

I've been lifting for over 2 years now.My body have changed alot but need improvements in certain areas.

My dream physique:
Big arms,very small waist,medium legs so you can wear skinny jeans,wide back,decent chest

Mainly i need alot of mass on my arms (2-3 inches +) but also i want to widen my back (lats) , add some mass on the upper chest and the inner part of the chest, and keep the smallest waist possible.


I had splits like:
1)back/biceps-off-legs-off-chest/triceps/shoulders-off-off
2)chest/triceps-off-legs/abs-off-back/biceps-shoulders-off
3)biceps/triceps-off-legs-off-back/chest/shoulders-off-off
4)biceps/triceps-off-legs-off-back/chest-shoulders-off



my arms along with my calves are the most unresponsive things in my body.

i am mainly concerned about the arms
i tried:
-taking time off from gym
-not training directly arms
-the splits above
-changing exercises
-changing tempo
-low reps/high reps
-more volume/less volume
-so desperate that even tried “One day arm cure” which has like 70 sets, for a shock


I am so desperate that after almoust 3 years of lifting 3-4 times a week and never skipping any exercise I am losing confidence to go to the gym cause of the lack of progress in my arms,my last desperate attempt for the next 6 months will be this split( i am adding more direct arm workout in 2 different days and removing legs day for better muscle and CNS recovery)

Close Grip Weighted Chinups
3 sets, 6-8 reps, tempo = 1up 1hold and squeeze the biceps 4down 0pause down
Close Grip Bench Press
3 sets, 6-8 reps, tempo = 2-3negative 0pause down 1positive 1-2sec hold and squeeze the triceps
Supersets of:
Inclined Dumbell Curls
2 sets, 6-8 reps, tempo = 1positive 1-2hold and squeeze 3-4negative 0pause at bottom
superseted with
Tricep Dips
2 sets, 6-8 reps, tempo = 2negative 0pause at bottom 1positive 1hold and squeeze

Pullups 2sets
Deadlifts 2sets
Bent Over BB Row 2sets

5.Chest/Arms
Elevated Feet,Weighted Pushups
