MY Doc scared the SH*T out of me today.

For cholesterol you ought to be taking red yeast rice, policosanol, and niacin. Niacin is about the only thing that will raise LDL.

[oops - I should have said that niacin raises HDL - the good cholesterol]

i too just got my test results... and mine arent far off yours... and Im clean! :(

Creatinine Kinase 348 u/l
LDL 4.54 mmol/L
HDL .81 mmol/L
ratio 7.16

Just say no to CKD.

This is an obvious reason why careless kids cannot be taking shit the way they are without advice and blood work. As much as everyone likes to believe that AAS has not effected their health, let's say you had the stroke and became paralyzed or worse... And think if you didnt go get the blood work done and just thought "Nothing will ever happen to me" like most kids do. And theres NO way that you were a stroke candidate before juicin either and if so your diet for the last half decade had to consist of ice cream, doughnuts, pizza, and fried foods with no exercise. But as you said you did cardiovascular exercises. Bottom line, in some cases AAS can be detrimental to your health especially with out regular blood work. Good post man, good luck and get healthy!

so you think it was the Var?
dont think it would be the test, but i guess everyone is different

Var is known for is effects on HDL, some say even worse than winny.

Not good news for all the "100 mg daily of Var" crowd that keeps growing by the minute.

Thanks for the replys guys.

I looked for these at GNC, health food market, and online supplement retailers and had no luck. I found Niacin, but have heard so many conflicting reports. Im gonna give sesamax and red yeast a try with fish oil for any more oral cycles. As far as what im gonna do....probably nothing. My cycle just ended, so i know my lipid profiles will continue to improve with the fish oil over the next month or so. Ill go get blood work done again around mid July and go from there.

Heavy duty: My diet was a clean cutting diet. Im currently dieted down to 9% on typical show foods. Chicken, tuna, oatmeal, whey. etc

looking to lean: How do i convert mmol/l to nanograms/decilitre??
