MY Doc scared the SH*T out of me today.

time to get my bloodwork done thanks for the wake up call

Have you been running Var or Winny? I ask because my bloodwork has been fine over the course of many cycles, unitl starting with the non-aromatizing Orals. Id like Macro or ulter to chime in here and let me know the coralation between the aromatase enzyme and lipid profiles.

im sure you could google a conversion website.... there are many.

I bought some flush free niacin on ebay... $20 for 200 tabs... and eat lots of fish and veggies... lots of aerobic exercise.

Not very clean diet and 600 mg week deca and my numbers are right there with yours. Doc told me do more cardio, and eat more balanced, retest in a month and if values are not better then i go on cholesterol meds. Mine were, cholesterol 4.81
hdl .90
ldl 3.36
chol/hdl ratio 5.3

well hell, 12 weeks of 17aa use? no shit. I was planning on running 8 weeks but i might drop to 6 now. 100mg for 12 weeks is ridiculous IMO. Also LDL is bad cholesterol and someone says niacin raises that so im not sure if that was correct. Either way, Im like the rest of you bros and think it might be just 60mg for me for 6-8weeks

a) Yes, its the var
b) nothnig I've tried or seen yet works to keep your HDL while on, but
c) good news is you'll get your HDL numbers back to whatever was "normal" for you pretty quickly:

1) non-flush niacin (inositol hexanicotinate)
2) policosanol
3) aerobics 3 or 4 times a week (even just walking 20-30 minutes will do)
4) psyllium seed husk
5) olive oil and walnuts as part of low fat diet - stay away from animal fats as completely as possible

I get back from non-existant HDL (like yours) to upper 30's within about a month with above.
