i know kashi is a super healthy cereal, but the pint was to eat the cereal in cottage cheese.
i don't know what kashi tastes like with cottage cheese, but I do know what it tastes like with grape nuts, that's why I recommended it. I have nothing against Kashi, except that my cereal costs $1.77 whereas the Kashi costs close to $4 for a smaller box.
