My bulking diet....(Fill in the blanks..)

I already have a diet planned out, but I wanted to see how ya'll would do it. These times are what i have to work with due to school and work schedule. Well here are the times, ya'll can just fill in the blanks...k to those who help. Thanks guys...

7:30-

9:15

12:15

2:30

3:30

5:00

7:00

8:00(pre-workout)

9:30(post-workout)

10:30(bedtime)

Keep in mind this is a bulking diet, and i currently have protein intake at 275-350/day. Would like cals to be fairly high also, have any kinds of food available at the house even a rice steamer....

Cycle is Test E/Deca/Dbol 12 weeker, start next week and wanted to revise or see different views on my diet. Thanks fellas!!
 
Do you want actual foods? or just the amount of calories and nutrients to take in? regardless, we need to know your weight and daily physical activity.
 
Yeah foods in general it doesn't have to be the exact thing or it can either way. I am currently 5'9 180 workout out 6 days a week sometimes 5 depending on how my body feels but stay very active in the gym. Sorry left that out...
 
Why don't you post up what your diet looks like and have people suggest things you should change, instead of asking for someone to make a whole diet for you.
 
7:30- 6 egg whites+one yolk;2 cups of oatmeal

9:15- 2 scoops of ON 100%Whey+1 scoop casein muscle milk

12:15- 2 chicken breast, bananna, rice, carrots

2:30- 2 scoops Whey, cup of oatmeal, peach

3:30- 2 chicken breast, bananna

5:00- either chicken or steak, sweet potato,rice

7:00- cup of oats, bananna

8:00(pre-workout)- 2 scoops Whey, tlsb of creatine/glutamine

9:30(post-workout)- 2 scoops Whey, one scoop casein, amino fuel

10:30(bedtime)- tslb of pb on wheat, 2 scoops of casein(milk)

This is my diet as of right now, no alcohol, soft drinks. Don't have a sweet tooth so that isn't a problem either. Hope this helps welcome to any suggestion. Thanks...
 
Actually just started today on my cycle and diet. All went smooth, did the shot with no problem. I have finally crossed over. i will keep a journal in about a week or so..thanks for all the help.
 
without knowing:

1. How much you weight and what your BF% is
2. How many cals that diet you posted is
3. Homy many times/week do you train

the best we can do is wild guess, post up the stats
 
1. 180 probaly around 10-11%
2. Try to get in as much as possible, really not sure to be honest
3. Train 5 times a week sometimes 6 depending on how i feel
 
theoretically, you should be aiming at 3500 cals/day, 50%carbs. 35%Prot, 15% fat are good macros for a good/clean bulk.

Obviously, you don't want to jump straight into that number, but "ease into them"... that is, add 500 cals/week until you see the weight stall, then add 500 more and forth. No need in getting fat

Any idea how many cals is the diet you posted?
 
FYI - diet needs some serious work...#1 way too much fructose. #2 muslce milk sucks. #3 NO NEED to eat less than every 2.5 -3 hours, shit your body isnt even done digesting the prior meal. #4 you need some good healthy fats. #5 you need some veggies. AND #6 are you weighing your food? If not, I'll be your carbs from rice, sweet potatoes etc. are on the extreme....PLUS, 2 cups of oats in your first meal (if dry weight) is a ton........gain 1-2lbs a week bro, else you will look like a bloated pig.
