I don't know if anyone has heard the ads for Sobe' energy drink on the radio ... with the guy who has an accent and talks about rediculous stories and Sobe' energy drink... this is the accent I picture MrMuscle talking in. ;)

Wow... 13" arms!!!

I'm not sure if that sounded like a flame or not... but, how old are you? (Sorry if you answered that already, but I don't like reading through all the fucking posts) :)

Just keep with it. I tried high-rep, slow motion for about 3 months and put some decent size onto my arms... you might want to consider switching up your routine.

Ripped, what is your bicep workout like? You could be overtraining/underrecovering. Remember the bis are very small muscles and so can grow with a rather low volumne of work.

well recently, it's been more high rep high volume, on the order of 1 to 2 times a week.

You will dear, just be patient. I am 33 and have been seriously lifting iron for 16 years. I was curling perhaps 25 kilos when i was 17, now i use about 98 (120 pounds). You will be surprised how much difference time can make for you.

Do you work back on biceps day? Remember that biceps are worked rather hard as well when you do excericizes like pulldowns/pullups, and rows. If you are working back on a different day then biceps then they are not actually having the recovery period you intend.
 
I rarely ever do any direct bicep work and they continue to grow. Muscles come with time....lots of time.
