Pop Tarts don't have icing, so much as they have a hard candy shell on one side. Tastes gooood when it's toasted up, and some of the sugar caramelizes just a little bit.

Toaster Strudels (they still make them, don't they?) have actual icing in little packets that you apply after toasting.
