My 10 week Mass cycle Journal. 1 November-January 2011

well I guess I have to be the one to play the bad guy, but you are too fat to do a cycle. What happened to the weight where you said you were shredded? Why couldn't you start at your shredded weight? You have too much fat to notice what is happening to your body. Poor base to start from IMO. I'm just saying, please don't take any offense.



No dont worry I am not offended I will explain everything. I bulked up to 211lbs and cut for 4 months until June where i was weighing 174. Being a natural cut without the use of any gear it was difficult and I admit, nearly traumatic. After such a cut I increased my calories and at 1st November I was standing at 194lbs. So in 6 months I put on 20lbs,3lbs per month. So one cannot accuse me of being careless with food intake after my cut. I know its not only muscle but It would have been impossible to stay at 9-10%bf without any gear after 4 months cutting. I would have lost too much mass from February till November.

the second reason why I didnt start the cycle in June was that I didnt want it to end as soon as winter started it would have made no sense bulking in the very hot months of July and August in my country which is so hot. In fact I am still sleeping without any shirt on and we're mid-November.

Third, I still can see what's going on since weight gained from the start of the cycle until the end is weight gained thanks to the cycle.

how much have u gained so far??
 
day 5-week 2- arms- i didnt sleep a second this night until i had painkillers to stop the pain from my shoulder shot on the previous day.i slept throughout the day to recover. the chest workout was great and i even hit a new personal record on the dumbbell presses,95lbsflat,90lbsincline (always talking 8reps when i say i overcame a personal record). i can feel the strength kicking in in this last part of the week.i got the first comment about gaining size too.
 
day 6-week 2- shoulders-finished another week of workouts..i have been noticing that the second day after every shot i wake up feeling sick but then i take medication and it goes away.as for the workout I hit a personal record on the military press.
