1. Please read the rules. "Them's the rules"

2. If you ask for cycle advice list the following: Age, HEIGHT*, weight, training history, cycle history, lifting routine/goals, general diet-help us to help you.

2b. Max lifts: even if you're bodybuilding this is important. Do you Bench 220 x 1 or 300 x 1?
If you don't Squat/Deadlift why?

3. Height*: are you 5'4 or 6'2? If you weigh 165...............

4. I see a trend in Bodybuilding/Weight Training. Just like many women don't lift 'cause they don't wan't to look like the female BB of yesteryear-Lenda Murray, Kim Chesivsky, etc, on the other hand many men want to get bigger/stronger but don't "wanna get fat" or they "just wanna cut up for the summer". If you're 5'10, 178 lbs you need to eat more in order to get bigger/stronger. If you want to lose fat then jog 3 miles daily & watch your calories (booze especially); don't need AAS for this.

5. Unless you are a contest level bodybuilder............You're the guy from #3. You just left work & traffic was horrible. You 'can't eat carbs after 8pm? Stop the madness!!

6. I'll shutup after this: Weight gain fuels the strength gain. You may gain a little fat but w/ x # lbs of more lbs of muscle on your body your resting metabolism will be FASTER, allowing you to burn that 'fat'

good post bro.

your post got me thinking of the other day at the gym and i saw a skinny kid at the gym, he is a newb. i mean he is SKINNY. i would guess he is 6 feet and 140 pounds no joke. just skin and bones with glasses... geeky type kid. he is in there everyday and works with a PT sometimes but he just doesn't know what he is doing. #4 fits into this story because a kid like that needs to improve his lifting and needs to EAT more. unfortunately we have hundreds of guys like him all the time who choose to juice and cut a corner. its a real shame.

I forgot 1 thing: damage to tendons, ligaments & connective tissues if 1 gets too strong too soon from AAS. If one goes from 250 to 315 on bench in 90 days the tendons etc may be ready for 275? 285? Who knows.

I have all that damage just from training too heavy my whole life...

it sucks.....

Exactly, one of the reasons people need to get to their genetic max before considering aas. I think a lot of kids (and some adults) don't think about their tendons and ligaments when lifting weights. All they think about is getting big muscles as fast as they can no matter the cost on their body.

Something else I know a lot of trainers see, is that when you put someone new on steroids the gains are solid and people are happy, but when you put someone with years of consistent training under their belt on AAS, it's a whole different ballgame.

The physique explodes...

Timing is crucial. It's an art. You can start popping whatever you can get your hands on but you would miss the far more gratifying resonance effect of having waited for your right time.
