What brand is the best, or are they all basically the same? For abodybuilder, one in the morning and one after a workout? Thanks!

I'd compare what's available to you and get the most for your money (check which vits have more in them). One or two a day should be fine at your weight, although one could argue, depending on your diet, that two would be a waste of money.

Lots of multis have herbal crap in them nowadays... so unless it has ephedrine or caffeine, lol, I wouldn't bother paying a premium for these.

good advice. I am 195+ 5'8, 15-17% bodyfat. I don't get many veggies at all.

I take the Target brand of "One a Day Mens formula" which is good other than
the Vit K being only 25% RDA...

I also take daily:

Vit C 500 MG x 2
Vit E 200 IU x 1
B Complex x 1
Omega 3 Fish Oil 1200 MG x 2
triple strength Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM x 2

Ask the pharmacist for the "morning after" pill. ;)

I haven't taken a vitamin in 2 months and I've actually gained mass. 2 a day would be dangerous I think.

I think they're way overrated. Take a cheap one is what I've read. Our grandparents and relatives, some of who lived to be over 100. Never took a vitamin. They were physcially active though.

did they bodybuild?

No. Some of them worked on a farm which is more taxing than bodybuilding. Working your ass off for 10 to 12 hours a day compared to 1 to 2 hours. Since, I've stopped taking them, I've actually gained mass and I've been working out for 28 years. Just another sales gimmick. My diet and training have been a little better I think. Food is what makes you gain mass, not a vitamin. I would take the cheap walmart brand.

Vitamins are simply a protective stop gap measure for not eating
a complete diet of fruits and veggies every day.

They are going to cause you harm if taken correctly. Or loss of hypertrophy
