he yi know some of those, granted we are only taught the moves and not the principle.. its one of those MMA schools. its a bjj school, but MT is a secondary thing just so we can churn out pankration and vale tudo fighters. anyways, let me try my hand at some of these- my answers are in the quote.

I suppose I am a 'Poser'
I just use the Techniques
tho I feel with question 2 the answer is the mind
get some strategy going and you can defeat someone who is a better overall fighter

guess I am a poser too then.
I am not interested in the beliefs of a system, just the benefits in its moves.
I dropped a guy saturday night from a knee to the ribcage, something I havent done since the ring when i was 25. Another bouncer had to drag him outside cause he wasnt able to get up after it.

With CQC I didnt think i would need it, but it goes to show that cross training has its advantages.

So without following the history or the beliefs of Muay Thai, I got out of it what I did it for: to badly injure people if i need to.

I would have thought a poser was someone who has the gear but trains through watching the movie "Kickboxer".
