Hey MR X, i was just wondering when on atkins diet, what should I limit my intensity of Cardio to!
I was thinking of 3/4 days a week in da evening, with each session lasting bout hour.
A session would incorporate maybe 10-15mins on treadmill, 10-15 mins on bicycle, 5 mins on stepper, 5 mins on rowing machine!
After that a soak in da shower, followed by 10 mins in sauna!
Is that 2 much!
Also, is protein shake ideal for pre and post weight/cardio workout!
