mr olympa cycle planning...

ok guys, its not officail yet, but it looks like i have qualified for the Mr. O again this year...
...that is, the powerlifting deadlift event...
i will have to make weight 24hrs out @148, because that is the class that ive qualified for... right now im about 163 and i have 4 months, so i probably wont start any dieting for a while, as im good at dropping water...
other stats: 5'5" 31yo 11-12%bf
this is a non-tested event... currently im cruising on about 200mg test, looking at running somthing like this...
1-8 test prop or suspension 700/wk
1-6 npp 350/wk
4-6 oral winstrol 50/ed
would plan on competing around the 6 week mark here... ive always loved the strength from winny, and am thinking the npp would help with any joint issues...
any other ideas out there, just throw them out for me... im considering any good ideas...
the goal is to pull over 550, i have the training end of things taken care of :evil:
diet for the next couple months is all i can get my hands on...

Wow bro...congrats on that...So..do you always cruise and then blast or have you come off cycle?

i think this will be healthier for me, instead of constantly going up and down in muscular size...
2 cycles ago, i fought hard to keep all my gains (strength) by eating everything i could... it worked, but i added too much fat in the process... on test, it seems my body stays leaner, even though im eating like a complete asshole...

other aas im considering for this...
im just lost on what cycle to run... im going to be on a budget, and the one above seems fairly reasonable...
im trying to keep bloat minimal as i will be trying to weigh-in at the limit, and then be 10+lbs over the day of...

Well...honestly...if you want you should check out a few of the pro hormones from ironmaglabs....If you want dry gains I would suggest cyanostane or andro rx. I am using prohomrones almost exlusively right now and have had awesome strength and mass gains depending on my goal. They are more cost effective in many ways. We are simialr in body type but I stay a bit heavier most of the time and compete in MMA so I lose and gain 20 lbs at a time as well but trying to keep strength when doing that is a bitch.

E-control is good for avoiding estrogen issues and een helps boost the boys a bit.

As for joints, if you are already having issues then consider your cartilege and think Adequan.

As to your cycle if you respond so very well to Test and Winny I would just stick with it and maybe add some Dieselbolan, or Tbol. I think the D will give you better strength gains tho, particularly with your high consumption right now.

tren even for 4 weeks would boost your strength big time... but be careful adding things in that you have never used before if you are doing this for a comp.

maybe up the winny for the last two weeks.. but again.. you gotta watch the dosages and sides.

id go on a low carb high protein diet early in the cycle and drop as much bodyfat as possible and make room for muscle.. then the last week prep to drop the water.

zed, my joints arent really bad, this would more be for preventative issues...
i also like beast for strength...
...so many options, im going to have to start stocking up on gear soon for this...

no way im dieting yet for this... im very good at dropping water and keeping my strength up... i will be on 4-5k+ see-food diet at least until 6 weeks out... from that point if i weigh 170ish and am holding less water than now im sure i could make it... i just dont want to blow up dbol deca style...
 
i guess dbol/superdrol and the like are out of the question because of the added water you will have...

winny makes my tendons hurt but look good,

why not try somethin crazy like halotestin or EQ or Var
 
ive ran halo before... bang for buck, too expensive for me, tren is more effiecient imo...
superdrol dosnt bloat me and i am considering it for an oral, the only sides i get from it are headaches...
im not looking to blast long enough to run eq... however if i could find some boldenone ace i would love to try that out...
i do have access to a test/tren suspension blend :evil:
i have time to decide though... hell, my training is going so well now i may just keep it more simple 350 ea test tren...
 
I dont know how much money your willing to spend casue var at a high dose is pretty expensive but i have had tremendous strength gains off 100 mg var daily. If you decide not to run tren or its to harsh for you like it is for me you could try something like this.

Test Suspension 100mg ed week 1-8
Mast Propionate 500 mg a week or shot 150 mg eod 1-8
Anavar 100 mg ed week 1-8
 
i would just keep npp at like 150mg a week if its just for your joints,so you wont blow up or anything thats just imo

Ok let me just this. I was blessed with gloriously crap knees. Several operations later, an accident and 2 years in a wheel chair later.......

I have never been able to squat cuz of my knees. After a 3 month therapy session on the Adequan I can not only live life comfortabley but I can now squat and am building weight!

I also feel strongly that it has helped my shoulders and elbows dramatically.

All ya all should using this stuff as a prevenative! And I mean that from my heart guyz.:qt:
I really feel strongly that anybody that lifts weights would benefit very dramaticaly from the use of Adequan.

I am working my butt off trying to get the Club to carry this compound. They are looking into it and studying the research done on it.

thats awesome mayo.. keep us updated how it goes. gotta represent EF.

i have a tren ace log up.. my strength gains have been fast.. week 3 is when it really went nuts... i have a lot of respect for tren after this. just the sheer quickness of the strength gains have been amazing.
