5'5" 155 9%... 465/230/500 good right now for an 1195 raw total....
been off of a small winstrol blast for a few weeks but gonna kick it up a notch...

im aiming to do a USPA meet in about 6 weeks to get in a total and try to qualify for the LA fit expo in early Jan... will do either the San Jose or the Central Cal Open... will decide by the end of the weekend...

going to give my first run with primo... a bit unconventional for a powerlifter, but im starting to have trouble making weight... and i will definitely throw in an oral or something at the end, but really i will be relying on my training for the strength gains... i may be getting a hookup on some cheque drops :evil: so we might have to play with those a bit before the meet...

anyways... today pinned 1mL 50mg Primo ACE and 1mL 100mg Prop.. painless so far... may up the dose on the primo as far as 100mg ed... might also look into getting some test suspension for the meet...

ya, so pics and vids and more shit to come, you know how i do logs... rest day today... tomorrow is squats :evil:

lolol did u miss the part about cheque drops?... of course i will be adding an oral... thats just the base of my cycle bro... need to keep dry to make weight, im very competitive at that class... we are talking top 5 american squats @148 if i pull of 500ish in competition.... so id at least like to think i sorta know what im doing i guess...
 
I think the primo will stack nicely with the prop. It will give you good solid dry gains and a nice strength boost. Post some vids of the meet.

of course bro... always get vids at all of my meets...
im not really looking to gain much muacle, but more hold on to what i have as the training gets intense... every meet it gets harder to make weight, but im very competitive in this class and i have some goals i would like to make... i also like staying athletic enough to play soccer and basketball with my kids... when i get up to 170 it gets difficult..

shot 1mL 50mg primo.... just like my guy thought, getting some mild flu like symptoms, body aches etc... ditched squats tonight in favor of moving them to mon and possible thursday... no use beating a dead horse... i may go for a small PR on mon...

Does primo ace have more pip then prop? I was thinking of getting vut heard it was brutal

broski... i will tell you the first shot i took was a bit heavy... i put it in my ass cheek because thats where i always pin new gear... i can still feel that lump today honestly and its still sore....
then i hit my left quad and its not as bad..
then i hit prop and primo in my right ventro, even less...
and today i pinned my left delt with the primo and its like nothing...
so i got used to it fast...
try some inject winny or test suspension first, then we can talk about PIP...
as for comparison to prop... about the same...
you can feel a little depot inside you if you think about it... but if you stay focused and busy all day you will not notice it, so its not crippling by any means....

worked up to a single PR 475 squat... this primo makes me feel gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood...

damn! didn't you mention that you havn't been going heavy or have been slackin on squats and one week back and personal records? nice :evil:, i think you've got 500 in you before your meet mos def!

i did have some time off but its been about 5-6 weeks back ;)
oh, i also used 50mg winny as a preworkout boooooost :evil:

500 feels heavy when i walk it out.. ima start walking out 550 just to get a feel for heavier loads so when i attempt more i will be more in control... i almost lost it about half way up... i dont think the bar makes any downward movement, but i do pause and drift forward a bit... i think i stopped looking up...

but i did take three months off before that lolololol

still havent decided on which one... either san jose oct 6 or san luis obispo oct 20... ima ask my boss at work tomorrow which is better... if i do san jose ima bump up the primo asap... if i do the san luis i will ride it out another two and then bump it a little... they will probably tell me the 6th because its further from a holiday and we will be busier...

LOVE THIS FUCKING PRIMO. i now have less respect for nelson montnas physique (lol, jk) ...because this stuff shreds me up FOR FREE on my powerlifting diet!!!!

your lifts are absolutely insane, sweet job. i read the log so far and i am curios to why no one has recommended Halotestin. seems to me that it would fit you to a T. wont put size on so you can maintain weight but will exponentially increase your strength in a short period of time. just a thought :\

i have ran it before and would love too... i just dont feel like taking out a second mortgage on my house rite now lol im probably going to run about a week of tren leading up to the meet unless i can find halo for a reasonable price...

OK, short update:
last wed did bench press and accessory lifts... ive come to the conclusion that unless im going to put on more bodyweight (which im NOT looking to do right now) my bench is only going to get so strong...
worked up to a double with 205 and then did 5x5 with 185

fri deadlifts/back
worked up to a single with 505 :)

pullups 5x5 with 25lbs added
some low pulley work...

few sets of curl variations for shits and giggles

3 sets ghr with weight...

started doing some foam rolling

3x125 these are very strict and brought all the way down to my upper chest...
some shoulder iso work

rack lockouts and static holds up to 455/held at least 10 sec. for 2 sets... grip is getting solid, just need to clean up my form a bit...

today going in for squats right now...
would like to put up some pics but my wifes phone absolutely SUCKS and it just wouldnt do the log justice... you saw the vid quality lol... vascularity is just unreal, my wife is getting scarred lol..

i feel conflicted right now because i know a legit place to get halo at a good price. damn no source talking. lol.. i guess if u cant get your hands on halo tren will be an okay sub haha

today starting to slowly increase dosages...
pinned 1.25mL both prop and primo... sometimes in the mid afternoon i get a little lethargy possibly the primo... usually perk back up after a couple hours, kind of odd... but not every day...
grip felt very solid on deads last week, but i need to start filing down my calluses...
bodyweight is dropping, but im looking fuller and leaner... should make weight easily... getting no water retention, but on the downside, my bench is struggling as ive found it to pretty much be linear in gains with my bodyweight...

I am highly considering doing smolov JR starting this week... its 3 weeks of squats, ive logged it before with good results... i maintained post cycle tren strength using this routine... its 4 days a week of squats so that is the focus... ive not made my mind up yet.. either way im gonna probably drop the curls and non functional work as of now... triceps yes, they support bench...
natty in pct i ran smolov with 1 day of bench and that was pretty much it... so im looking at maybe 2 days bench, core work and thats about it...
ima punch in my numbers tonight and see how the smolov looks, and ill copy and paste the program if i can get it to do that...

pay day is friday and i will send off my entry form for the meet... 100% on san luis obispo on oct 20, should be a good meet with some good crowd there from what im hearing...

its 3 weeks so i would start next week possibly and then take the week before the meet off... i know my DL will stay at least the same, might need to do a day or two of grip work... maybe just hand off a bar for time...

bench i honestly dont give a fuck about becasue im almost 98% linear with my bodyweight... no matter how strong my tri's get (dips with 2 45's and a 25, come on...) it just dont help...

imput on this program if you thinks its worth it is appreciated...
ive never done smolov on a cycle, ive done it in PCT and i think the other time i was on a very light cruise...
 
one last note... when i ran smolov before i added 10lbs a week, where this shows 20, which i think is reasonable on a good cycle... and i will continue increasing dosages as long as i feel fine... up to 700 each by meet time if i can tolerate it...
food intake has been good... not 100% clean but not sloppy at all, and getting a lot of calories... not really counting now as i have some room to spare..

i think its going to be some halo, winny, and a little tren added in at the end...
of course the orals stacked will be brief as well...
i was using the winny as a PW boost and im going to stop it now, let my liver get a good break...
three weeks tren ace @50mg ed, so two weeks while on the smolov, one week rest then meet...
probly just run the orals the week leading up... maybe not the winny if im really feeling the halo... im just not sure on the quality...

last cycle i pinned tren i got an instant 25lb increase across the big three within 2 days... bwahaha... :evil:

also looking at MHN... i have about a week to make up my mind...

Looking really good! you ever get that hook up on the cheque drops? I wish could get my hands on some. Lol course halo gave me a good amount of aggression by itself.
