Whats the most fat you've lost in a week?
This includes AAS, CLEN and ECAY (things most of us have on hand all the time)
Excluding: DNP, USNIC ACID and T3
Any for those that care to share their details.. What were u on, what was your regimen, how were the results?
3Ibs a week was the most I lost on
A very low calorie protien only diet
Lots of Eph and Caf mainly for killing appetite.
low dose of Tren.
No real cardio, and short lifting low sets low rets (just had no energy for either)
