Oh, I thought I might add a small update to my SPP intake... It's been I think almost 2 weeks since I upped my SPP frequency and overall intake... I'm getting in the neighborhood of 75-100g of SPP per day... Difference is noticeable.
I've actually lowered AAS doses... I'm cutting hard... Strength is up considerably with noticeable differences in LBM... I don't know the exact numbers for BF% decrease and LBM increase... But I am definitely leaner, noticeablely bigger (not dramatic of course, but noticeable), and strength increases with every workout.
It ain't cheap to run that much SPP, but I guess I've spent money in worse ways... I can't wait for GEAR to hit need2buildmuscle... SPP+ a little big blast + GEAR should be pretty nice
