More Props For Big Blast

Oh, I thought I might add a small update to my SPP intake... It's been I think almost 2 weeks since I upped my SPP frequency and overall intake... I'm getting in the neighborhood of 75-100g of SPP per day... Difference is noticeable.

I've actually lowered AAS doses... I'm cutting hard... Strength is up considerably with noticeable differences in LBM... I don't know the exact numbers for BF% decrease and LBM increase... But I am definitely leaner, noticeablely bigger (not dramatic of course, but noticeable), and strength increases with every workout.

It ain't cheap to run that much SPP, but I guess I've spent money in worse ways... I can't wait for GEAR to hit need2buildmuscle... SPP+ a little big blast + GEAR should be pretty nice
 
i just got a 6 pound bag of it, is it all i need post workout or should i add waxy maize to it??

i was just using 2 servings in skim milk post w/o. it was perfect for me. i drank that then would eat a meal about 1 hour later.

now im just using 1 serving and eating about 3 hours later

try both and see what works for you. go by how you feel.

As far as what is commercially available -- absolutely. The only way to make it better would be to add extra SPS as sonic mentioned. Or, wait until GEAR comes out and add a couple of caps of that.
 
i think this will be the first bb thread without any money gripes from the cheap asses.
