Here's my situation. I'm 20yrs old 6'2 was 225 before I got Mono now I'm 210. I was in the middle of my second cyle of sustanon and d-bol when I came down with mono. It didnt get me bad I just got bad sore swollen throat, Got tired and lost the drive to workout. So I was diagnosed with mono and decided to stop my cyle and stop working out and get better. Not anytime soon but in the future I would like to redoo that cycle I cut short. I'm gonna start working out again soon but no cycleing for awhile. Iv learned that "Mono can cause liver inflammation (hepatitis) and spleen enlargement." We also know that D-bol puts stress on the liver too. Curious as to how long I should wait before I touch d-bol agian. Or is it not an issue? Anyone have knowledge on this? I came down with the symptoms of Mono in the first weeks of january. I'm doing ok now though. Still get tired a bit but doing well.

I actully gor hepititus which started as mono. I was in the hospital for a week I wanted to die. this was before I ever used geer.

I would not start the D's. get your liver checked frequently and when its back to normal then mabey hit them. I had my liver checked every two weeks wehn i got out. I wanted to booze but the doc wouldnt let me till values were down

play it safe your health should always come first

Sounds like you have a minor episode. Lucky. I would take Fozy's advice and hold off until your liver values are normal.

I had a more severe case in school. No roids, either. Enlarged spleen. Coundn't touch a weight for six weeks. (The fear is that the organ could burst given excess stress, tension, etc.)

Fortunately, I was able to resume lifting toward the middle of the semester. Even managed to put up 225 pds. ten times before summer vacation. No spot. At the time, a personal best.

Are you in college? If so, then there's a lot to handle in terms of classes, cycles, girls. More so in the case of work, supporting a family, etc. As in my situation, time-off, no insults (med speak for dbol) allows a speedy recovery and a better chance of gains in the future.

Yes I am in college. And yeah there is a lot to handle. Especially since I am not that good at school. I try but I dont have good study skills. But anyway yeah I plan on waiting a good while before I start any cycles agian. My health is more important.
