monkeyarms 10th week update

I'm still not where I want to be but in that last 2 weeks I've lost another 1/2 inch off of my waist 32.5, and all other measurements are still the same, Arms 17.5, Chest 49, Theigh 27, Calf 17.5 Weight 213. I'm holding alittle water, and still don't have a six-pack....yet.

definitely more cut up than the last shoot.


p.s. the addition of a tan has helped a lot too.

I'm probably going to get some heat from this but it works for me!

Pre/Post Work out Meal
75%Carbs(simple)/25%Protein Thats 140g/46g Before and 140g/46gAfter

2 Non-Workout meals
60%Carbs (complex)/40%Protein 56g/37g

1 Bedtime Meal
40%Carbs (Complex)/60%Protein 25g/37g

=2480 Calories

Non Workout days Reduce Calories(Carbs only) by 25%=1860 Calories

This is the cutting diet I used.

When I bulk I use the same percentages just in higher quantities.
I start at 3500 cals a day for 2 weeks and keep adding 500 cals until I have to buy new clothes. This is usually around 5000 cals/day.

I agree arms look smaller than 17.5, but I can't get full sized pics.

Yes I'm aware of this! It is my biggest challange. I think it is because I'm 6'1" and have long bones. Also having a 49" chest makes them look smaller in comparison. I'll keep working on 'em and I think around 18.5 they'll be just right. I'll post better picts of arms and back in a few weeks when I'm down under 6%.

yep....all an illusion. everything is relative. we have the same size arms, yet mine look much different. your chest does seem to overpower your arms and maybe even shoulders in some poses.

i'd like to see a shot of your back. it looks like you have a thick back....and that and your chest make you look very thick.

monkey arms - what kind of gear were you using when folowing that diet ?

I ask it because I find it impossible to lose that much bodyfat while still eating that much CARBS ,

...impossible without gear I mean .

edit : What is your training like ? also , were you doing aerobics ?

I don't know where they come from. But I think everyone has them, its a matter of getting your bodyfat down low enough to have them show.
