i didn't overeat this thanksgiving, and probably lost weight even.

today i did a little shopping, stopped by my other house to see the progress, and now i'm going to see if i can stand long enough to work in my studio for a bit. i like mondays.

I had off all last week, hard to get back into the swing of things though. I feel like I all did was cook and clean! Didn't over eat but didn't go to gym either, getting back on track tonight!

Ok, I just got my 2nd post Turkey-day workout in, strength was way up, must of been the 3 pies.
