yes and how does she prep for show with the pain bro
No diagnosis. She just grinds through. It's rough some days. Like today is supposed to be quads but she's gonna rest and tackle quads with glutes on Friday.
@dadbod82 she’s got a lot of great muscle mass. I’m sure the coach is happy. Can’t wait to see what she brings to the stage.
