Went to a posing clinic yesterday. She only had a few small tweaks but overall had great feedback. Roll the shoulder, twist feet to make legs look bigger. And seeing her next a few of the pros there helping she isn't much smaller.

She's surviving. More tired and headaches now. Think she's just getting used to the discomfort
I wonder if she has the same thing my dad has. He has sore muscles and tired all the time. It's some type of auto immune thing and the muscle wastes away slowly. There are treatments that help if caught early. It doesn't get better though. Can only slow it down.

Two photo tips
1. Elbows up a little. It'll open the back up as well as make the arms look bigger
2. Camera angle is high. Bring it down to her chest height. Or lower, as in where a judge would be looking

@dadbod82 yeah. It's amazing how the scale can lie. We always assume that weight is that important and it's not. I've seen people weigh 170 lbs who are female, who are very athletic, and I've seen people who are 120 lbs look very flabby.

It's completely normal for people to have self-doubt. Maybe she's just venting to you. Women do that. My ex-wife used to do that to me all the time would drive me crazy. @dadbod82

She should check on here and see all the positive messages. @dadbod82 We all support her and we all think she's doing a great job. But I get that she's being hard on yourself. Pretty common.
