But I just did the first jab. So the actual diet starts on the 1st (this Friday) and will run all of that month. But I just did the first jab Wednesday night. 1.5ml of PP's Cut Stack 150. So that equates to 225mg total (Testosterone P 75mg/ml, Trenbolone A 75mg/ml, Drostanolone P 75mg/ml). In smooth like a knife through hot butter. So far zero PIP. Right now the plan is 3 jabs a week but I MIGHT go to EOD (a little under 800mg a week). It'll be down to sides and or PIP

Arm day @ Powerhouse. 30 mins total. Huffed n puffed. Nice full pump

Alt Dumbbell Curls
10kg per x 12 reps, 15kg per x 12 reps, 20kg/44lbs (new weight on this plan) 5 x 8 reps. I work on the contraction here. Then dropped to 7.5kg/16lbs x 20 reps

zero weight x 20 reps, 20kg x 12 reps, 40kg x 12 then 55kg/121lbs x 5 x 9 reps

Tricep Pressdown on Multi-angle pulley machine
stack x 20 reps

How about I give you some of the weight I have to lose 😁 you can work Harder for the both of us lol. Awesome seeing you start the log Mobster! Big things ahead for you with this I can feel it 💪 I will say it is nice hearing how smooth the Injection went and how smooth para pharma is! I know first hand how smooth the testosterone is and it id exactly how you described it 😎

Meal prepped some food yesterday. Second pin of 1.5mnl other quad (lower this time). Breakfast is a cup (most of my carb measures will be with the same cup) of protein granola (I rotate cereals so this was just today's).

Definitely got the steps in and we always the same with the calories u are a little higher than I am but not by much, what is the height for you unless you posted and I missed it.

Minor tweaks. I added protein (tin of salmon) to a meal deal. Precooked some chicken breasts (4) in a bag. Still a bit hard to finish off. Needed a little more veg too (mex style mix - low cal so not an issue)

Steps: poor. I was convinced that we'd hit 7000+ walking around the farm (permission from them and they can use our photos for the visitors). The land was rough in parts so a lot harder than walking on footpaths etc. But we get back after 4 hours walking and I was well off.

Diet poor: damn you go out for the day and I even took a small lunch with me and the calories were way down on the day. Super high protein last meal (inc 400g turkey breasts fillets) and yet the overall number was down.

Back on it today!!

At my gym cos there isn't enough hours in the day today. So I'm well under my footstep target yesterday and close to a 1000kcals short... and what does the scale say? I'm UP!! MF etc etc. That's piss*d me off

^^^the human body does interesting things sometimes, lol. Serious topic though because that is something that I have seen people use as an excuse to fail. A day of the scale going up and they end up eating everything in the fridge. Then it is hard to get back on the next day......and the cycle continues.

All lifts to the top weights were FAST. 120kg x 1, 140kg x 1 and then 162.5kg/367.5lbs x 1, 1 and then a PB 3 reps (never done this with 162.5kg before)

Mid Iso Row
to 100kg x 8 reps. Once I got ready to work it flew

No time for grip work

Bwt: up again !! 325lbs

So bodyweight and strength increase. Little to no changes from the diet. Heck I was UNDER a bunch of times what a person of my size etc ought to have been hitting. It was even hard to get it all in a for a few days although that's got better. How many of you were 'up your protein'? So many. Again, with 1-2 exceptions I've hit my increased output via more steps per day. I had, as many do on a diet, initial water/glycogen drops (327.5 to 320) in a week. My weight belt is easier to put on. I have to re-tighten the shorts (wear shorts for months at a time at this time of year).

So I'm eating less, doses of PEDs (EOD 1.5ml/225mg of the Para Pharma Cut 150 have stayed consistently the same, and I'm doing more cardio. Yet I'm UP in weight again and hit a rep PB on one exercise. Proof, if ever it was needed, that Tren does crazy things (even at 75mg EOD) and that we don't all respond exactly the same. But especially proof of 'calories in vs calories out' needs a rethink. Cos I'm less in than usual, more out than my usual and I'm growing :D

I definitely would enjoy a podcast dedicated on you mobster and the mental and physical side as you progress into the transformation. I think it would be informative and a fun podcast.
