Yea, and i just re-did my 5x5 template.

IT really changed up the numbers..

It jumped from 300x5, to now 360x5.

Im gonna see how it goes with that. Im gonna TRY for it!

My last sets for my workouts today:
sqaut: 360x5
bench: 245x5
Row: 155x5
goodmorning:135x5

Im gonna kick ass today. I will bench first since the sqauts will take its toll on me today...
 
Yesterdays Log Update:

Yesterday was a battle. A Semi-Loss but i wont loose the war...


Squat:
180x5
225x5
270x5
315x5
360x2 ( bad mental miss ) came back 360x4 (still missed 5 but it was a better set)

Bench:
122x5
153x5
183x5
214x5
244x4 (another mental miss, felt very crooked)

Bench w/ Small Black Bands (Triples w/ 2s pause on chest)
135x3
135x3
145x3
155x3

Row:
135x5
135x5
155x5
175x5 ( Felt Heavy was still able to complete w/ stict form)

Goodmornings:
65x10
85x10
105x10
135x5
(i dont like goodmornings too much, im thinking of switching to reverse hypers)



Today will be ABS again. Im going to kill that shit today w/ abs I foud a nice ab routine im going to stick with!

quality workout with new numbers bro.... I can imagine it taking a few workouts to get used to the new tonage... you'll hit 'em next time :evil:

btw: Wouldn't "reverse back hypers" = crunches :verygood:

Very nice bro... do you have warm up sets you don't jot down or is that Exactly what you do?

yea ur right lol i meant 45 degree hypers lol

yep im 90 degress g.p bent over..DEF feels harder and more effective...

Depending, i usually will do the bar for 10 reps and then 25's on each side and then go into the program weights. I feel i need those warmups to be strong, if not i still feel 'groggy'.

Yea by Friday, ill rehit 360x5 and redo my bench at 275x5. All is good =]
 
I have to thank you for the ab workout it is AWESOME, my trainer showed me how to do them properly and they rock!

Atta boy ... I just wanted to tell you I showed your progress pics to a very good friend of mine & he goes "I want his workout!" LOL :lmao: Of course, semi facetious seeing every BODY is different at he's just shy of 6'4 ~220 :) (i'm sure your strength is much greater)

Commented on how your back was "Nyce" , so I HAD to show him your 3 month progress pic where you straight BLEW UP .. :D

Ck, i was brining the camera to the gym today for abs, i have the cam here and when i was deleting some old pics the cam bat died. SO HAPPY to see that figured out how to do em....Do you like the ab stabilization one? Amazing =]
