I loaed 350 on the sqaut and blasted it and was like whoa, am i going deep enough? when they told me i was going deeper then parrelel i was like damn i gotta see what i can do till i pass out lol

Well i got 405 on the bar and battled it on the way up, but you know what, it went up w/o a spotter RAW no suit and no shoes lol

Ill post the entire workout on monday, im just so happy about the 405 sqaut RAW.

Im keeping my deadlift #'s because i didnt get 435x5 i only hit it 4 times, so i know my deadlift # is still good.

From bodypart-splitter to powerlifter-in-training with a four-plate squat...things certainly have changed. ;) Huge congrats on those PRs, dude.

Ok EF world: Actual Log update From Friday.

Friday was MAX Day so i could get my new and improved maxes for my 5x5 training.

New Maxes:
Sqaut: 405x1 RAW
Bench: 275x1 RAW
Row: 155x5

In fact Sqauting i happend to do more sets then i wanted to, i just wasnt expetcing 405 sqaut.

Sqaut:
45x10 135x10 225x3 315x1 350x1 375x1 405x1

Bench:
45x10 135x10 225x3 275x1 295x0 280x0

The Row i just did warmup sets and then found my 5 rep range.

Notes about Food Intake:
Since hitting 405 RAW i felt it was celebration weekend lol. ATE LIKE A FAT BASTARD. Not dirty cheat meals, but just BIG MEALS and too many meals! lol.
But im not sure at all after sqautting 405x1, so i know the food did its job...
