perhaps if dial tone used his a/c more he would be in a better mood when posting here?LOL. I'm sure she does. Mine went out last summer and I threw up every night from coughing so much. It was awfull. I feel so bad for families with children and don't have air in their homes. If I were very wealthy I would take care of every one I could in that matter.
When it comes to children I have a below zero tolerance to bad things done to children.
Back to the other issue. No one wants to know what I would do if I had my way with people who cause physical or mental harm to children.

Criminal allegations etc aside, I'd put him up there with Elvis & The Beatles for dominating Pop back then.
"i love young boys"
You have to be kidding! never.
While I don't pretend to know any specifics of either criminal case, I do know he was found not guilty in the 2005 case, and settled out of court with the Chandler family in 1994. No criminal charges were brought by the State of California in the 1994 case. There is no justice. The justice system is a joke. Sometimes rights are wronged and truth wins out, but not often enough. Too many greedy/incompetent people involved in the process where it gets FUBAR'd along the way. Only ONE PERSON has to *have it in for the accused* or *make a mistake* and the case is now a runaway train = no damnedbody gives a shit.
~If you truly thought your child had been molested, no amount of money should deter you from seeking due justice. (and settling out of court wouldn't prohibit the state from pressing charges if they had substantial evidence). This statement would seem logical. It is. However, it is incorrect. Ellie Nessler wasn't asking for money but she went to prison in the end, didn't she?
~Gee, no one has ever, in the history of the world, sought to extort money from wealthy, famous people.
My point exactly.

I should have said 'due process' in this context because I was referring to trying a case. Yours, and my perception of what would be anyone's deserved justice (for such crimes) would be relative. In the case of Nessler and her child, I reckon I probably would have comparable rage. BTW, she served 3 years of a ten year sentence, went back to jail on a drug conviction (perhaps a vice which surfaced because of the aformentioned circumstance) and died of breast cancer while incarcerated. Regardless of one's opinion on her vigilantism, her story is an epic tragedy.
