I dont think its quite an all or nothing scenario and to a degree low dose exo test wont completely shut you down but your body will try and maintain an equilibrium and reduce natural test to bring your total test down to a level so what it produces combined with the exo equals what it thinks is normal. The end result is if you want higher than normal (normal for you) you will need to completely replace your test

To expand a bit, how would this scenario look if you added in low-dose HCG throughout?

For example, 100mg/week Test Cypionate & HCG 250iu 2 x per week.

Would you then in effect be adding the exogenous 100mg to your natural production, or would your natural production still be suppressed noticeably?

250mg/wk can give you some nice gains if your diet and training is on check. Its good to see people wanting to get by with as little as possible.

I highly doubt any male needs 400mg test as hrt unless they are seriously jacked and have an agreement with their doctor that they need that much to maintain their current size.

That's roughly 6x more test a week than a high level producing male.
