Anyway, regarding the original topic of this thread, if anyone remembers, I think short cycles can be very helpful. When I decide to use AAS again, it will only be short cycles. I did one 3 week cycle and kept everything(size AND strength), didn't feel a crash post cycle, and avoided getting bombarded with sides.
The gains were modest, but avoiding the crash was what I liked best about it. It also depends on your goals. I'm going for a decent amount of size, and I think my personal goal is definitely attainable with short cycles. If you're looking to be a freak, short cycles probably won't get you there.
