Milos Sarcev way of dieting,success stories?

i recently watched milos sarcevs secret of the pro's nutrition dvd and i have some questions and i was wondering if any of you guys have had great success with this way of dieting?

he says 2g protein per pound of body weight which works out at being 4.4g of protein per kg of body weight. i am at 94kgs at 12% body fat and i want to get my lean mass to 90kgs and obviously drop some fat at the same time... i train first thing in the morning and then slot in my cardio later on in the day(as i am a student my schedule is constantly changing)

so if i want to get my lean mass to 90kgs x 4.4g = 396g of protein,thats cool... now i am trying to keep my carbs moderate so i start the day off with 80g of raw oats (44g of active carbs) then i have a pre work out drink that contains 27g(active carbs) then i have 50g of vitargo post work out as milos recommends and then i tried making that my last carb meal other than veg with my protein for the rest of the day but this didnt quite work as i was rather lethargic so i added in 80g of oats (44g of active carbs) an hour after my post work out vitargo.

so my diet looks as follows

breakfast

6egg whites +1 yolk(22g protein,5g fat)
80g of oats (10g p/44g c/8f)

pre workout
30g whey (22gp/2g c/1g f)
40g geno x (0g p/27g c/0g f)

post workout
60g whey (44g p/4g c/2f)
50g vitargo(og p/40g c/0f)

1 hour post work out

200g chicken (50g p/0c/6g fat)
100g green beans
80g oats (10g p /44g c/8gf)

lunch
200g chicken (50g p/0c/6g fat)
100g green beans

mid afternoon
protein blend shake 60g (44g p/4g c/2g f)

Dinner
200g ostrich (60g p/0c /6g fat)
100g green beans

pre bed

125g cottage cheese(12p/4c/0f)
60g whey protein(44g p /4c/2f)

now if u look at that it works out to be

2650( give or take a few) calories...now every where i read says that u need a huge amount of calories to put on muscle?? how would you guys adjust that diet?? i do supplement with efa's i take 10 1000mg soft gels a day,4 with breakfast,4with lunch and 2 with dinner but how would u adjust my "lean bulk"?
 
I would probably eat more starchy carbs. Try to eat them up until the meal before your pre bed meal.

Have you figured out your BMR and TDEE?
 
Also add something to that meal of only a shake. Maybe and apple or some mixed nuts. Maybe both.

generally in classes then and they dont take likely to you eating in class hence the reason for the shake at that time as it can be sneakily disguised....

well u see that the thing, i am 1.82m tall and if i use the cathy mc ardle formula at the age of 23 and doing a 5 day split routine and the that height my calorie intake to maintain is 3200 cals and thats just at training once a day with no cardio activity.....the only way i can think of,if following milos' way of deiting,is to add in 30mls of udo's oil like he says and that will up the calories by maximum 200calories...i have read on other forums that guys say that they got leaner dieting this way but not really bigger...
 
If your TDEE is 3200 don't expect to gain any size eating at a 600 calorie deficit. That is a cutting diet.

You could always add some olive oil or ground oats to that shake.

bro this is my thought exactly,i am just following what milos says and ummmm i am not too sure how he gets guys to grow like that...

Boat loads of AAS lol.

If you want to lean bulk try eating at or a little above maintenence and adjust accordingly.

hehehe got that too ;) i am running a cycle of 350mg equi a week with 300mg test enanthate and then i am doing 150mg of masteron and 100mg test prop 3 times a week aswell so total per week is 600mg test (300mg enanthate,300mg prop) 350mg equi and 450mg masteron....nice little cycle in my books :P
 
Good luck with it.

Your diet is not bad. Maybe bump that protein up to get those extra cals. You will be good to go.
 
so u recon that i am gonna get cut on this diet? would u recommend carb cycling? add in 500cals from carbs every 4th day?
