Military Press

man thanks for all the replies, really helped to put things into perspective, ive been doing military presses for a couple of months now, but i almost never saw anyone at school doing them so i wasnt sure if there was something i was missing lol anyways thanks for all the input, oh and does anyone know which lifts will see a benefit from doing lots of military presses?
 
For Military Press how many sets / reps ya all doing ??

Myself doing them 4-5 sets of 6reps each of progressive heavier weight
 
Military Press = Standing OHP with heels together as if standing at attention. Noone really does strict military presses

But I agree with most. You can overhead press or military press to your hearts content without having to worry about rotator cuff injury

As many pointed out you can do olympic lifts as well to build shoulders
Don't leave power cleans out to. They help when shouldering heavy dumbells
