MESSY SITUATION WITH SPANISH GENERIC: this are my thoughts

ok guys i understand some of you got screwed, but i talked to him lately, and he told me some guys knowing of his difficoulties might have taken this like an advantge, to have free stuff resent. Some othere might have not. I'm not accusing or defending anyone , but i'm one of the persons who receved from him in march (waited 20 days and he resent) even though i live in europe and this could be another important factor.This is a messy situation but we must understand things arent just black or withe. I suggest everyone who has problems to email him work out things and tell him he's gonna apologise in public form if his stuff arrives.Lets' use our head! For the people who might have taken this as an excuse to take free gear, well just try to understand that if you take the bus without the ticket and you make it through, you've done a cool thing for you, but if everybody takes the bus without buying the ticket bus company closes and we all must walk..understand what i mean?So if someone has done this, some one else will not be belived and pays the price for all.This is something we must solve in a clever way. He's giving us a great service because he's got the best and CHEAPEST var ( i know this personally since i'm not stacking it and getting amazing results), so if we loose him we'll looose something ourselfes.He says he's working out for new routes and thing will be ok in the future. Let's give him a try. Ask him when things are ok to be sent, than when he says it is ok make your order, maybe not a giant one, but make it. If future orders will come in without problems he is not a scammerand that will be the prooof. But don't precipitete things in a manner that could hurt everyone of us. I hope i have explained good.
 
People getting free gear from him?

If you are implying that people have e-mailed him saying they have not recieved (without having even placed an order in the first place!) and that he was dumb enough to send these guys orders (in what he thought was a resend) then it's his fault for being so careless with his so called "buisness"

As far as saying he is NOT a scammer, well that's up to who is making the acusation. Fender, you got your gear, you're getting great results. ALOT of us paid for our shipment have not recieved it, and have not recieved e-mails from him. From my prespective, i've been scammed, and he is a scammer

If i do infact get my shipment i will by all means retract my last statement, and make a public apology. I will still be upset with how long it has taken my to get my shipment, but i will apologize for calling him a 'scammer'.

I understand that he is probably getting flooded with e-mails, but taking over 3 weeks to return an e-mail is ridiculous. He only has to write up one single summary of what the problem is and how he is going to fix it (if there really is a problem) and then simply mail a copy to all his awaiting customers.

I think too many of us are reserving our opinions on this matter, fearing if we say what we really think he will get pissed and not send our order. Well im already pissed, and if he is legit, expressing my opinion should have no bearing on weather or not i recieve a shipment i've paid for over 2 months ago.
 
dork, i'm impling someone could have receved the stuff regualrry, and knowing thre are problems, claimed he hasn't receved for having it resent for free. I'm sure you're one of the persons who paid for the abuse of sombody's else, but beeing this the situation, it is not beneficial to us to precipitate things. I'm sure if you work things out you will receve your stuff soon or later, at least i hope so.
