I already stuffed myself like a horse tonight, so I just got back from 5 miles of running Tomorrow is injection day....but the gym is closed.

Speaking of the gym....we only have a week left before every hog on Earth pulls the big ass from the couch and crowds our gyms with pools of sweat, bad body odor, poor form and a high chance of failure and return to the couch by early February.
