I wanted to tell you...I cried when I read what you wrote in my journal. I have had skin problems for so many years(read: ~13) and your comment really hit home. No one has ever said that to me...I had the biggest smile and the hugest tears streaming down my face.

My only suggestion ... keep your GOALS in mind, your #1 priority ... i.e. PRs are great, VERY addicting, but again another # than can crush you when you feel you didn't 'hit' it .. or missed it ... or something was off ... then you get all down, pissy, and that dang "F" word pops up ... (failure) ... Be SURE to keep everything in perspective as to what you are trying to accomplish ...

On the No Booze? Congrats Merm ... that is awesome
