I call them uterus curls and extensions....................and yeah, I gotta do em now because of hip/groin problems that come up when I do heavy legs. After I get up from doing them my shit is a little shaky........and I have to walk through not only the women in that area, but then the guys are waitin for me just before I get into the locker room. They all know why I have to do it, yet they still make catcalls on me when I walk through...........now I just put a towel over my head.........I call it the walk of shame. But worth it because my groin and hip problems are going away which allows me to hit legs heavier.
